WeaveLab Studio
From $59 · HTML · Browser-based
A plaid, weave, and colorway studio that runs in your browser — one file, no account, no subscription, no internet required. Write warp and weft sequences the way a mill reads them, choose a weave structure, and the check builds from true interlacement rather than a flat fill: houndstooth teeth emerge from a 2/2 twill because the weave decides which yarn shows at each intersection. Name your yarns, type your own color codes, and spin unlimited colorways from a single design — each one carrying its own names and codes onto the spec sheet.
- 12 pattern presets — tartan, houndstooth, glen check, gun club, windowpane, tattersall, gingham, herringbone, buffalo, shepherd's check, madras, zigzag flannel — plus a glen check builder
- True interlacement rendering across 16 weave structures — plain, basket, six twills, herringbone, broken and pointed twill, crepe, and three satins — so color-and-weave effect resolves from the draft grid, the way it does on a loom
- Warp and weft sequences in mill notation (A24 B12 A4 D2 …) with live color-band guides and a mirror-warp option for balanced plaids
- Unlimited colorways per design, each holding its own yarn names and codes — shuffle rotates yarns into new positions and carries their identity with them
- Your codes, not a borrowed library: type codes directly, or load your own color list and let empty boxes fill by nearest match, with honest match bands — including nothing close, which refuses to print a confident wrong code
- Real cloth density: set ends and picks per inch and the physical repeat calculates in inches and centimeters
- Export all docs as one zip — layered SVG per colorway with every yarn on its own recolorable Illustrator layer, a letter-size spec sheet per colorway shown in repeat at 100% scale, and a color card table ready for Excel
- Save and reload designs as a single file to build your own pattern library
- $59 single designer · $149 studio, up to 5 seats · one-time purchase

Apparel Tech Pack Template
$129 · Excel 2016+ · Desktop
A thirteen-tab tech pack system built the way factories actually read them. Enter style metadata once on the Cover Page and it cascades to every tab. Pick a Pantone and the color name and HEX populate themselves. Choose a garment subcategory and the spec sheet filters a 450-point measurement library to match — with grade columns that build automatically from your size scale.
- 13 tabs: Cover Page, Colorways, Specs, BOM, Construction, Artwork, Production, Revisions & Approvals, Sample Comments — plus hidden POM, grading, and lookup libraries
- Full 2,800-color Pantone TCX library — select a code and the color name and closest HEX populate automatically
- ~450 industry-standard points of measure across 29 garment subcategories, with ASTM-based grade increments
- ISO 4916 seam and ISO 4915 stitch libraries with visual seam diagrams
- BOM cost rollups with colorway headers pulled live from the Colorways tab
- Proto / SMS / PP fit-session tracker that flags spec updates as comments come in
- Formulas locked, inputs unlocked, every tab print-ready — nothing to rebuild, nothing to break

Apparel Cost Sheet Template
$69 · Excel 2016+ · Desktop
A costing engine, not a calculator grid. Set country of origin, HTS chapter, and currency in the header and the sheet runs the rest: duty pulls from a built-in tariff table, vendor-currency costs convert to USD automatically, and the full FOB → LDP → wholesale → MSRP waterfall builds as you enter costs.
- Complete cost waterfall: fabrics, trims, CMT, pack & ship, and overhead through FOB, LDP, wholesale, and MSRP
- Duty engine — country of origin plus HTS chapter auto-applies the rate at landed cost
- Multi-currency: enter costs in the currency you pay your vendor; the USD reporting column converts automatically
- Color-coded margin analysis against your wholesale and retail targets
- Seasonal Cost Roll-Up dashboard — one row per style, every figure pulls in by tab name
- Three overhead modes (percentage, dollar, off) and adjustable margin targets in settings
